  • After an order is placed, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you. Currently,
    Intaglio Collections can only be shipped within the United States.
  • You have the right to cancel your order within a 24-hour period.
  • Please allow 4 – 7 business days for your order to ship (Excluding Saturdays and
    Sunday). We handcraft each item we send out. This includes designing, producing,
    and testing. Handcrafted items do take a little longer than mass-produced items. We
    will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • All orders within US will be sent out via United States Postal Service (USPS) for
    free! An email to tell you they have been shipped will be sent out as your order
    leaves us along with a tracking number.
  • Your jewelry should arrive within 7-14 working days of leaving us.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking USPS link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Intaglio Collections does not have a call center and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls. The Intaglio Collections brand was built online, including our customer support.
