Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items
unless they are received damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact
us within 7 days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately and with
no shipping charge


Please send us the following information:

      2. Item Name
      3. photos that show the fault as clearly as possible
      4. Full-length photo of the item
      5. The Intaglio Collections logo


If you have a faulty item and you need to contact our support team when getting in
touch please use the subject “Intaglio Damaged” This will help us answer your query as
quickly as possible.
